When a client does something
- approved the selection: an email with stats on how many photos they picked out of how many, and, if you set a limit, how many are beyond the package,
- asks you to reopen the gallery: an email with the gallery name and the client's name,
- downloaded the package from a delivery gallery: a short note that they got it, sent only on the first download,
- missed the deadline but marked some photos: the gallery closes by itself and you get the same email as for an approval, with a note about the deadline.
When something is waiting for you
- a nudge on day one, three and seven if your account still has no gallery,
- a reminder when a gallery has photos but the client hasn't opened it yet,
- an email when we replied to you in the chat and you had already left the panel,
- a warning when your client's mail server rejected an email from Picvelo, with a button to the client page so you can fix the address.
Photo sales
With sales turned on, you also get order notifications: when a client picks photos beyond the package and you have no payment account connected, and when an order is paid online.
Payments and your account
A separate group covers your Picvelo account: a reminder before your subscription renews, a note about a failed payment, a confirmation that your account was deleted. These emails have nothing to do with your clients' galleries.
