Can I really start for free?
Yes. Every new account gets 30 days of the full Pro plan with no card required. After that the account moves to the Free plan, which you can use indefinitely.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
The account returns to the Free plan and keeps working within its limits: 3 galleries, 10 clients and 2 GB of storage. You can switch Pro back on whenever you want, in the Billing tab.
How is Studio different from Pro?
Pro is for a photographer working alone. Studio adds a team of up to 10 people with permission management, 24/7 technical support and 200 GB of storage instead of 50 GB.
How can I pay?
By card through Stripe. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment, and you can change your payment method any time in the Billing tab of your panel.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. Changing your plan or payment method and cancelling the subscription all happen in the Billing tab, handled by the Stripe portal.
What if I run out of storage?
You add 50 GB packs to any plan, as many as you need. Add-ons are enabled after logging in, in the Billing tab.
