Which payment methods we accept

You pay for monthly and yearly plans with a Visa or Mastercard card. The subscription renews by itself until you cancel it.

Pick monthly billing if you want to stay flexible, or yearly billing to pay less: Pro is 75 EUR a year instead of 7 EUR a month, and Studio is 150 EUR a year instead of 15 EUR a month. Customers outside Europe pay in US dollars: Pro is 8 USD a month or 85 USD a year, Studio 17 USD a month or 170 USD a year. The pricing page shows the currency that applies to you. Stripe charges your card on the renewal date, and you can cancel any time before that.

You type your card number on Stripe's page, not in Picvelo. We only receive a payment token, so we have no access to your card details and don't store them.

Click Manage Subscription in the Billing & plan tab. In the Stripe portal you can add a new card, remove an old one or cancel your subscription. Canceling takes effect at the end of the paid period; it doesn't cut off access right away.
