Create an account, add a client and send your first gallery for selection.

How to create a Picvelo account Creating an account takes less than 2 minutes. You need an email address and a password; a studio name is optional. We don't ask for a card, and a new account gets 30 days of the full Pro plan. How to create your first gallery A gallery is a set of photos from one session, assigned to one client. Four steps, and your client gets an email with access. How to set your logo and studio name Your studio name and logo are your brand in every email and in the header of your client's gallery. You set them once, in the Logo tab. How to try Picvelo for free A new account gets 30 days of the full Pro plan, with no card required. After that it moves to the Free plan: 2 GB of storage, 3 galleries and 10 clients, with no expiry date. The full workflow, from shoot to delivery Picvelo takes one session through five stages. It helps to know the whole route before you send your first gallery, because some decisions (gallery type, photo limit) happen at the start.
