How we protect your photos, your account and your client data.

Can a client gallery show up on Google? No. Galleries sit behind a sign-in, so a search engine sees at most the sign-in form. Only Picvelo's own pages are public. GDPR and exporting your data We process data in line with the GDPR, and you can download everything about your account, clients and galleries yourself, with one button in the panel. How we protect your photos and account Security in Picvelo rests on four layers: an encrypted connection, hashed passwords, encrypted email addresses, and watermarked previews instead of originals. Who can access my galleries You, your team within the permissions you give them, and the clients you send sign-in details to. Our support team only enters your account if you turn on consent for it.
