Open the Team tab
The Team tab in the side menu appears for account owners on the Studio plan. You see the list of people (with a counter of how many of the 10 seats are taken) and the Invite to the team form.
Invite a teammate
In the Invite to the team form, enter a photographer login, an email address and a password (at least 8 characters), then click Invite. Picvelo creates an account linked to yours and sends a confirmation link to that address, valid for 7 days. If it expires, there's a Resend button next to the person.
Set permissions
Each person has a Permissions button that opens a list of switches. A new person starts with uploading photos, managing galleries and clients, and sending emails turned on. Turn off what they don't need and click Save permissions.
The person confirms their address and works on your data
Before the first sign-in, your teammate has to click the link in the email. Then they sign in with the login and password you gave them (they can change the password themselves in the Security tab). They see your clients and galleries within the permissions you set. Billing and referrals stay with you only.
