1. Purpose

This policy sets out what is and isn't allowed when using Picvelo. It applies to all users and supplements the Terms and Conditions.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or share content that:

  • is unlawful, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM),
  • infringes others' copyright, trademarks, or personal rights,
  • violates third parties' privacy or contains personal data without a legal basis,
  • incites hatred, violence, or discrimination.

3. Prohibited Actions

When using Picvelo, you must not:

  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure,
  • test vulnerabilities, scan, or circumvent security measures without our written consent,
  • mass-harvest data (scraping), automate abuse, or send spam,
  • overload the infrastructure in a way that threatens service stability,
  • decompile, reverse-engineer, or copy parts of the service without permission,
  • use the service for fraud, impersonation, or deception.

4. Resources and Fair Use

Plan limits (number of albums, clients, storage) are described in the pricing and Terms. Resource use should match normal use of a photo gallery service.

5. Responsibility for Client Accounts

As a photographer, you are responsible for the accounts you create for your clients and for obtaining their consent to process personal data within Picvelo.

6. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in a warning, feature restriction, suspension, or permanent account deletion — depending on the severity. For unlawful content, we may notify the relevant authorities.

7. Reporting Abuse

Report abuse and violations to: [email protected].
