1. General Principle
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law.
2. Retention Periods

| Unverified accounts (email not confirmed) | Deleted automatically after 7 days |
| Galleries, photos, session notes | Until deleted by the user or account closure |
| Gallery client accounts and selections | Until the gallery or photographer's account is deleted |
| Activity logs (logins, actions) | 90 days |
| Sessions of logged-in devices | 30 days |
| Queue of sent emails | 7 days after sending |
| Billing data and invoices | 5 years in the payment provider's systems (Stripe) and in accounting records, in line with tax law |
| Consent records (cookies, policy acceptances) | For the limitation period for claims |
| Support correspondence (chat, contact form) | For the limitation period for claims |
| Pseudonymised traffic statistics (without directly identifying data) | Indefinitely, in a form that prevents identification |
| Backups | Rotating: up to 30 days (weekly copies up to 90 days) |
3. Deletion After Account Closure
When an account is deleted, we permanently remove the account data, galleries, photos, gallery client data, activity history, and login tokens. We keep: billing documentation (at the payment provider and in accounting records, for the period required by tax law), records of the consents given, and support correspondence (for the limitation period for claims), as well as pseudonymised traffic statistics.
4. Backups
Data may remain in backups after removal from production systems until they are rotated: as a standard up to 30 days, and for weekly copies up to 90 days.
